Julie Venot practises in international business litigation, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Julie’s practice focuses on international business litigation: cross-border proceedings, asset recovery and international recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards, particularly in fraud matters. She also advises clients on international business law, international contract law and criminal law.
Before joining Archipel as an associate in 2018, Julie practised with a Paris-based law firm specialising in international arbitration. She holds a Master 2 in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master in African Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
